Photify.net now supports shipping & handling charges for customer transactions. Different packaging options can be set up, and different products can be assigned to those packaging options.
In addition, email notifications are now integrated into the software. For example, when a customer places an order, a confirmation email is sent to the customer with a copy of their receipt, ad notification emails are sent to the employees that will fulfill the order.

Photify has been updated to support credit card processing, using industry standard protocols. Customers can now order pictures, and pay with their credit cards on the spot. In addition, the error message delivery system has been revamped, so that it supports error messages for all transactions. Some early examples are improved notifications when a user searches for pictures but doesn’t get a result.

With very little fanfare, Photify.net was brought online at Sierra South yesterday. With kayak races down brush creek, and slalom trials in the park, one could have easily missed the small crowd of people crowding around the kiosks, looking at their pictures. A true grand opening may be coming soon, but it was easy to already see the potential in the software, with the efficiency of getting the photos online, with the ease at which customers found their pictures. Here is the first picture taken from ewings that was uploaded into the program
